v7v72 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "v7v72", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the v7v72 platform and the legal entity operating it.
• "You", "the Player", "the User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses any service offered on the v7v72 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered account created by a Player on the v7v72 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the v7v72 website, mobile-optimised interface, casino lobby, sports betting section and all associated services accessible at v7v72.io.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's v7v72 account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins value or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of derived winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by v7v72 to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all v7v72 account balances and transactions are denominated.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include any amendment or re-enactment thereof. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a v7v72 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. v7v72 does not permit account registration by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and active mobile number.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from v7v72 or subject to a cooling-off period imposed by the platform.
• You must not have had a previous v7v72 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one v7v72 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of different names, devices, IP addresses, payment methods or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. v7v72 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

v7v72 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

v7v72 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a material change in account activity, or where v7v72 has reasonable grounds to conduct additional checks.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account showing registered mobile number matching account records).
• A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document, where required for enhanced verification.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the relevant KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. v7v72 will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the initial request may result in account suspension.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your v7v72 account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.

v7v72 strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available through the account security settings. A strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform should be used for your v7v72 account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify v7v72 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. v7v72 will take prompt action to secure the account pending investigation. v7v72 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to adequately secure your credentials or from your deliberate or negligent disclosure of those credentials to a third party.

v7v72 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from v7v72 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: All deposits to v7v72 accounts are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. v7v72 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which v7v72 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your v7v72 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two to four hours to reflect, subject to banking system processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to the same account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and account status checks.

Withdrawal Restrictions: v7v72 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request for the purpose of completing identity verification, investigating unusual account activity, or ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Players with outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds may not withdraw Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. v7v72 will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered email address and mobile number prior to imposing any dormancy-related measures. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved and accessible upon successful account reactivation following identity verification.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

v7v72 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback rewards and seasonal campaign offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who are 21 years of age or older, one bonus per person, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus offers carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any derived winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the applicable time limit will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Eligible games for satisfying wagering requirements are specified per promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live sports betting, low-margin table games and certain progressive jackpot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero rate toward wagering requirements.
• v7v72 reserves the right to withhold, modify, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through irregular play patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

v7v72 may amend, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the registered email address wherever reasonably practicable.

07 Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games available on the v7v72 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing bets or participating in casino games.

Sports Betting: Betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi and other sports are offered at the discretion of v7v72. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed. v7v72 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where match integrity concerns arise, or where the event does not proceed under the conditions upon which the market was based.

Casino Games: Casino games including slots, live dealer tables and crash games are supplied by third-party certified studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others). The outcome of each game is determined solely by the game studio's independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). v7v72 has no ability to influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the game server, the server record shall be the definitive result.

Disconnection During Games: In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or an active bet, the game state will be preserved on the server. 08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v7v72 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating or benefiting from more than one v7v72 account, whether in your own name or through any other identity.
• Fraudulent Documentation: Submitting false, altered or misleading identity documents during KYC verification or at any other stage.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that violates the spirit of the applicable promotion terms.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, play games or extract data.

• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a genuine v7v72 deposit transaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the v7v72 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. v7v72 maintains active anti-money laundering monitoring and will cooperate fully with any relevant law enforcement authority.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

Nothing in your use of the platform grants you any ownership of, or licence to reproduce, distribute or modify, any v7v72 intellectual property.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used on the v7v72 platform under licence. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v7v72 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Bangladeshi banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits v7v72's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permissible by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

v7v72 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, v7v72 will provide reasonable notice to account holders via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the v7v72 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

13 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by v7v72: v7v72 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account is subject to a legal hold, or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your v7v72 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to processing account closure, v7v72 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawals and active Wagering Requirements are resolved. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification where not previously completed.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to access the platform using your former credentials. Any Bonus Funds held at the time of closure, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where the applicable Wagering Requirement had not been met, will be forfeited.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the v7v72 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. v7v72 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving any player dispute fairly and transparently.
